    First off, please find and set your own voltages for PLL and Vtt, Auto will set them WAY to high. Thanks for mentioning that again, I meant to comment and forgot

        That sounds about right. Now in Auto just at 4Ghz Vtt was likely 1.6-1.8 and Pll was probably close behind
