get prime95 from overclocking tools on here and test cpu or try memtest for your ram

i tryed memtest4.0+ running it now at 1600mhz whid no errors so far 4 passes.
must i test prime95 to

Set your system like my setting in an earlier post. But, leave the memory speed at 1033 or 1333 at auto timing (and adjust the mrory multi as well), you can leave Vdim at 1.64v, and Vcore at 1.3v. run Coretemp and Hwmon to monitor the cpu temp and fan speed. Run cpuz. Then run P95. If temp goes higher than 80c, stop it and lowered Vcore. Make sure you can see all the windows so that you can do "print scrn" and save it. Run P95 for 3-5 hours (but core temp has to be under 80c). If it is stable, take a print scrn, set memory speed at 1600 @ rated timing, eg, 8,8,8,24,1T (use what your momory sticks spec says). If it fails P95, do one stick at a time on slot one. Do print scrn every time it fails before you cllose the windows as proof that they fail.

Ok running p95 temp core`s 76c after 5min. system running but when i stopped p95 system hang

what cpu volts are you using again? and is it a d0 chip?

To save print scrn, open ms paint and click edit->paste, then save

Ok. do not need to overclock. Just run it at 133x20 and run P95. Once you are satisfied it is stable at stock speed, you can increase the memory speed and timing.

Were can i se if its a d0 chip im only running auto volt on the cpu right now becuse it didnt help befour!

Oh, no. Don't run auto volt on your ram. If you set it to 1600 with auto volt, it may be set beyond 1.65v and will damage your cpu memory controller. Set it to 1.5V if you are running at 1333 and set to 1.64 if you run it at 1600.

CPUZ will tell you if it is D0 or C0. But it does not matter, anyway.
