I have the next hardware configuration:

EP45-UD3R
OCZ 2x2 HPC Reaper 1066 mhz
Q6600

it would want put the Q6600 at 3.0 ghz, and the OCZ to the necessary values.

can help me to configure the values in the M.I.T.???

set fsb or cpu multi to achieve 3ghz,then set your ram multi to or as close to without going over 1066mhz

Please put your system specs in your signature, including CPU cooling type and memory part number.

set fsb or cpu multi to achieve 3ghz,then set your ram multi to or as close to without going over 1066mhz

Not clear if those are your current settings or do you ask?
You can leave the references on auto, the template in the post was just a template to fill with your own settings not suggested settings.
Static tRead Value can most likely be set to lower value (better memory performance,) 7 or even 6 may be possible (assuming bus frequency 333.)
DRAM Voltage might be a bit low, I see it is rated 2.1-2.2v for DDR-1066.
Test your system for stability, memtest86+ for a start for 6+ full passes.
Then Orthos/Prime95 small, large and blend tests or OCCT small, medium, and large dataset.

Please post full settings when you do, it doesn't cost more.

I suggest you use Orthos or Prime95 Blend and Memtest86+ 2.11. You can get those here >>>

I do think you are going to need to set some termination and possibly more Vcore as I suggested though, or you will fail tests

OK, is OVERCLOCKING, but i try the overclocking only with the "CPU Clock Ratio" and "CPU Host Frequency (Mhz)" this is not sufficient???

No, as long as temps are fine they are not. And it is dangerous if you do not set the ones I suggest, or leave them on Auto because when overclocked Auto really raises them too much.

No, simply changing the Ratio and MHX/FSB is not enough, if you want to overclock you MUST test, tweak, and set your own voltages.
