GA-EP43-DS3R and E8400 - Overclock help

Hello, I'm new to this forums and would really appreciate some help in OC'ing this config to a merely 3.6 GHz, so far had no luck getting the system stable and in most cases cannot get the voltages straight enough to boot.

My config is:

GA-EP43-DS3R - F8 BIOS
Intel E8400 3GHz stock
2x2GB Kingston HyperX KHX8500D2T1K2 (800, OC'able to 1066, needs 2.2v)
nVidia 8800GTX
nVidia 8400GS
Thermaltake ToughPower 650W

Fail-safe defaults run ok, so I'd be happy if you could guide me from there up to my humble target of 3.6GHz
