    Lets collect test programs with internet comparation feature (freeware)

    Hi,

    We are testing our machines all the time.
    Comarsion our computer to others I think very cool feature
    and there are lots of program.

    This kind of performance testing has comfort over sharing values
    manually and sharing pictures.
    You can see similar computer parts which resulting similar values right on submitting values in sorted. Very timesaving feature with very precise tweaking and measuring.

    I thinked would be great to collect them all.

    If you too, please if you know this kind of freeware program, please add to the list in this thread.
    Would be very useful for me and for all community I think.

    3dmark series
    Sisoft sandra
    furmark

    Hi Again,

    Now I'm benching again, I have found the most useful is sisoft's rank function. Easy to compare processing power of all platforms.
    But actually I can run this only anonym.

    How can I create an account for ranking option in SSandra ? It's available in the freeware version ?

      We already have everything there in a sticky, did you not see this thread?

      Not sure about your SiSandra question, I only have the paid version. If you need me to install a trial and check this for you I can in a VM, but I bet it is probably something the trial can't do is all.

        Hello,

        Yeah, I mean like this, but not all of them has feature online comparison.

        So in the sandra the problem is that I can't create an account for ranking function.

        options/customize rank engines.

        Than when enabled ranking functionality, I can't select any of the engines and can't choose or fill another name
        other than my administrator's name.
        I have never created password for this, but I can select "OK button" when I filled this box. (of course sandra says that password error login).

        This ranking is available in all sandra versions including lite version I have used for this.

        I have read of course the faq about this, but no succes.

        I have done a little video about it if it's not clear becuase of my english :-) Can I upload it there ?

          Did you pay for Sandra or is it a hacked/keygen version? If the later that may be why you can't compare, not sure I haven't used it for a while.

          Another to add to your list is MaxxMEM2, it has online compare or at least compare with other global submissions via the program

            Lite is free, legal. And as read on sisoft's site it is the same an available in all version of Sandras.

              Ahh ok, ya like I said I haven't used it for a while. Would you like me to install it now and test to see if I can submit scores to maybe help you find why you can't?

                  I tested on the older version I have installed, sorry I didn't even know I had it installed :)

                  You can only choose user accounts on your PC, such as Admin or your user account.

                  I was able to create and add these features, here is what I filled out.



                  And here is what results now feature with ranking tabs





                  And it takes me to this ranking online page when I click my ranked results

                  So, looks like it works for me, not sure why it is failing for you? I do see the timings are off in this now, but this is an outdated version so it might be fixed with the latest?

                    It's time for giving up this... :-(

                    Last time, when I benched my computer, it's worked as you described, there was no any problem.
                    I benched and liked it very much.

                    But now the exact problem is that I can't choose Sisoftware Live Ranker in the first field.
                    Also No teams. Kind of server connection error.
                    I turned off all of my firewalls, but no succes. I have installed it on different systems, as xp too, but same symptom.

                    Really can't get the point.

                        I tried it, and it seemed to have worked...

                        edit: well it's a mixed bag... if I try to do a full report of all benchmarks it just hangs. video result depends largely on user tweaking vsync. power efficiency reads my power at 300w all the time no matter what load. gfx/memory shows no device detected, gfx clocks not read correct ...
                        so quite buggy to say the least, and that was just trying some benchies ...

                          That may be why the overclock community does not rely on or use this benchmark as a standard, it may have always had issues so people just decided to not use it because of that.

                            Sisoft sandra has been around for a long time, I used to like it, but it always had some problems. I remember back in the day of asus p2b-s boards I did report issues regularly by email, but I moved on after a while.

                            I feel the main issue here is that there is no easy way to discuss problems with sisoft, a forum like Fiery is doing at lavalys... that way a lot more of the issue's would get reported I guess, instead of people just thinking "awww bugged, uninstall and move on!"

                              I feel the same, used to use it but now rarely do, it always has some bug or incorrect reading.

                              I just use Everest now mainly. They should have a forum like you mentioned, that would help a lot
