I went to flash my ud5 to f9d using qflash with a usb drive. I loaded qflash and found the file and it said "CHECKSUM =3F00 DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE" I said no and aborted. What is this and what am i doing wrong? thanks

That is Normal, please read the Qflash Guide I explained what the Checksum Values are >>
Basically xxxx means yes flash, it is just a precautionary measure and a way to compare a BIOS that you may have already flashed previously.
If you flashed the same BIOS more than once you can verify that it has the same checksum, if it does not do not continue with the flash. If a checksum is less than 4 characters xxx for example do not flash and re-download the BIOS and try againComment
