GA-EP45-DS5 sata 2 port issues

hi all


been reading thro the threads about the lack of control of the gigabyte/sil5723 sata ports and it appears that a previous bios allowed full control

my board arrived with F15 bios but the manual is older as it clearly shows you can set them to JBOD


can you downgrade the bios without any issues ?

Yes, as long as you don't mind the bugs and your CPU is supported.

Please use Qflash and not @BIOS, here is a guide if you are unsure about any of the flashing process
