    KrisKJB I sorry I am finally connected again. What I was saying is I am sorry you disagree on the Windows Hardware Drivers as suspect, and totally understand if you feel that it is your motherboard. Please let us know how that RMA comes out.

      oh the issue is a know thing with this mobo. There is no doubt to that. If you contact Giga support they will tell you. and RMAing it wont help youll just get the same board back but as a refurb. Honestly if its not to late return it. and get MSI or Asus

                Still no reply to your support ticket/tickets? Very odd, I hear most get a reply within a day or at least a few days.

                If you still have not gotten a reply I would go ahead and send in a third ticket just to be sure.

                    I've sent a request through Ebuyer instead now which is where I've got it from. They have accepted it already and want me to call their dedicated tech support in the morning.

                        Ya, I see often they are pretty quick, that is why I suggested you send in another ticket. Looks like for some reason they overlooked or missed your first two.
