ep35-ds3r>ep45-dq6 can't set ram same speed

I change from ep35-ds3r to ep45-dq6.
ep35 run memory 1050 cl5 2.0v tRD=7
ep45 run memory 1050 cl5 2.05v tRD=9
set to 8 can boot but not stable ,set to 7 can't boot
Any advice to adjust bios ep45-dq6.
e6420 bus 420 speed 3.36GHz
memory OCZ reaper pc6400 cl3 1G*2
I change
cpu vcore 1.375
cpu termination 1.28

P35 and P45 are VERY Different

It depends on what FSB and Memory multi you are using as to what you can set tRD to. If you need help please post your full settings, link in my signature for template.

And just so you know, P45 tRD of 7 is equal to P35 tRD 6 in my findings. And so on meaning one more tRD in P45 is equal to one lower in P35.

Depending on your voltages and FSB this is the general tRD rule for P45 >>
6/7-10 if using 333/B Memory Multi/FSB Strap

8/9-12 If using 400/D Memory Multi/FSB Strap

here my setting. check in memset tRD=9 ,hwmonitor v-ddr 2.05
if set manual to tRD =8 test with occt has error,7 can't boot.
So I decide higher overclock to change multiplier to 2.66D run at 1120,check in memset tRD=7 ,hwmonitor v-ddr 2.24 but it not stable too.
Any value I can increase?

If you are using the D strap (2.66D) then you will have best luck using 8-9 tRD

If you only have 4GB of ram your MCH is way to high, I'd suggest 1.20-1.24V

I only have 2GB.
MCH 1.20-1.24 can't open windows it must 1.28-1.30
I have doubt with "MCH Reference" in bios 0.760, in manual 0.800,Which is right?
And "MCH/DRAM Ref" effect to what?

Ahh, well please try less than stock MCH, if your board allows, and then try Auto. With only 2GB you do not need an increase at all to this setting, maybe a little 1.12-1.16 for FSB Increase but for sure not 1.3. That would only be needed for 8GB of ram or 550+ FSB

MCH Ref must be set properly, how to do that is in a guide linked in my signature. The default is .76 when Vtt is at 1.20
