DVD autorun M_Bios flash without keyboard.

My DVD drive has a Bios, so i guess it can function without a mobo ram cpu and vga. Allsoo i can open it, it spinns disc's.
Can i make self installing bios to rewrite M_Bios without the need of keyboard confirmations and the help of monitor and of course cpu ram vga (i assume mobo aint using them with bad flash).
Or where can i buy the tools for Bios rewrite.
Is it safe to take out all mobo components and start it. I assume mobo blocks the use of components to protect them but then maybe B_Bios cant fix M_Bios.
Weird there aint mutch info about the Backup / Main Bios usage.
