      Hi there,

Using @BIOS can cause all kinds of problems when it comes to flashing BIOS and I would strongly recommend not using it at all.

First off, if F6 BIOS is working OK why do you feel the need to update BIOS? You really shouldn't flash BIOS unless there is a known fix for a problem you are facing or if it has added CPU support or adds another function that you need.

If you want to flash BIOS in the future use the QFlash utility as this is a much safer and better option. Try re-flashing your system with the F7 BIOS using the QFlash Utility and see if you are still having the same issues.
