urgent cold boot without clocking with EP45-UD3L

hi all my system is gigabyte board EP45-UD3L , quad core 6600 , tehrmaltake power supply 750W , 4 giga RAM ocz FATAlity , i didnt clock my system and on cold boots about 6 or 7 hours after not using my PC a restart happens again then logs on windows normaly !! even i didnt overclock my system ...but with frequent boots nothing happend ..always with leaving the pc for several hours this thing happend ..i tried to increase the RAM voltage according to manual and same happend !! any one have ideas , as this thing is sooo iritating for me :((

Follow the suggested bios settings in this post.
If you're still having problems, fill in the bios template with your failed settings, and follow the suggestions in the post for creating a forum signature with your hardware list.

Also check that all cable connections are secure and that your memory and add-in cards are fully seated.
