Just did my first OC and had a couple of questions...
1) I have an e5200 and I kept my multiplier at 12.5 and just boosted the FSB to 280 giving me a 3.5ghz processor. Is this OC just as good as if I would have lowered the multiplier to 8.5 and boosted the FSB to 400? I have ddr2 sdram 800 (4-4-4-12). My CPU VCore is at 1.30v and after 24hrs of stability on Prime95 I have max idle temps of 40c and load temps of 61c...too hot?

As shown in the above picture my Vista 64 welcome center is reporting my OC'd e5200 at 3.33. Yet, in the BIOS I set the OC to 3.5 (280 x 12.5 multiplier) My BIOS were verified by CoreTemp (as well as HWMonitor and CPU-Z) yet the welcome center is showing 3.33.
It's not a huge deal, but I am a perfectionist and I would like it to show my correct overclock. Anyone know what's going on here? I was told that this might be a Speedstep or C1E problem, but I can't seem to find that option in my BIOS to disable?
