Ex85-ud5-questions

Hi i am thinking about getting this motherboard GIGABYTE-EX85-UD5
and was wondering what everyones opinions are?
is this a good and stable board? for cpu coolers
will a prolimatech-megahalems/wfan fit ok? or
a noctua na-u12p or thermalright ultra-120?
what memory should i buy? and is the onboard sound good
any trouble running sli?

I think that is all ok, I mean the board and cooler should be fine together. UD4P is also a great board, I use it.

Memory is all up to you and where you plan to run things at really.

No SLI Issues I have heard of
