    I oc my EP45UD3P + E8400 and i reach 3.8 Ghz with 1.3875 Vcore....
I change only Vcore and FSB in Bios setting
I didnt change any setting (pll and other voltage) can you give me setting to reach 4Ghz ?

    Re: EP45UD3P + E8400 Voltage Setting

Cpu PLL and CPU Termination must NOT be set to AUTO when overclocking, as the mobo will grossly over-volt both of these settings.
    Change the following:

Cpu Termination -----------: [Auto] <--- set to 1.28 (note: this might affect stability)
Cpu PLL -------------------: [Auto] <--- set to 1.57

Using EasyTune 6 --> TUNER tab --> ADVANCE mode --> VOLTAGES will display the voltage settings, both manually set and those set by AUTO. There was a post earlier today with an E8400 overclocked to 4.05 GHz and his ET6 screen shot showed voltages way beyond the safe level.

**edit** Here is a link to his ET6 screen shot.

        Re: EP45UD3P + E8400 Voltage Setting

If lowering your voltages leads to instability, increasing voltages one small step at a time might fix the instability. Cpu Termination is the one most likely to possibly cause instability.

An easier and safer solution would be to lower your overclock to 3.85 - 3.95 GHz. There are quite a few e8400 setups here running at 3.95 GHz with safe temperatures and voltages.

Even with identical hardware, two different systems would have somewhat different settings in their bioses. If you have more questions just ask. It will be easiest for us to advise you if you include an ET6 screen shot similar to the one I linked to in post #2.

Your english is fine, no problem.
