HI guys, somebody can help me for downloading the BIOS. i need the BIOS version is F5F, but i can't find it anywhere.

I have the same MOBO.
Have you tried the XtremeSystems forum on WWW.extremesystems .org
They have a thread [Team.AU] Gigabyte GA-EP45T Extreme - P45 DDR3 Monster that has some links in it to some BIOS sites.

I have F5a,F5b,F5c,F5d and F5g but not F5f.
