  • Broken RAID1 can it be fixed?

I have a EP45-UD3P bios ver. F8f and I'm using the Intel ICH10R controller. Everything was running great until I tried to Q-Flash to the beta F9b and I don't now if I was suppose to change something in the bios because after restarting XP the RAID 1 was broken and the OS was finding the drives and all the controllers like they had just been added. My ONLY other bios update I used the "BIOS" program from gigabyte. But I have read several time some peoples boards are getting trashed when using "BIOS" so 2 questions:

    1. Can my RAID1 be recovered or do I have to reinstall the OS and Intel ICH10R controller?

    2. What did I do wrong when I Q-Flashed the bios to cause the RAID1 to break?

THANKS TO ALL THAT TAKE THE TIME TO HELP A NEWBIE!!!!
