Not sure about your prime question, you should run memtest86+ first for 5-10 passes to be sure you ram is stable then you would have a better idea, or run test # 5 for a hour or two.
What you could do in prime though is set it to small or large FFt's instead of blend, then if you get errors you know it is the CPU or NB that is causing the errors
No link to memory or model #??? I need that to be able to advise you about settings.
I can say you have way to much MCH I think, maybe +25-.35 would be fine, with +.1-.2 FSB
