I'm trying to get my sig rig stable @ 4.0. Yeah I know it might not be possable.I have had it running at 3.6 for the last month and as high as 3.9 but it wasnt stable. I'm sorry i cant remember the settings,I have tried to lower the multi to as low as 6 and up the FSB but it just wont post. How do i d/load the templet? I just updated the bios to the lasted 8 on the gigabyte site.Could someone give me some settings to try out.

My chip E7200 2.53 revision MO

    Thanks in advance

    Re: Need some help please

I found a templet that was made by LSDMEASAP for a e5200,its the same core as mine (wolfdale) It running ok.<---I say this because as I'm typing this and listening to music it started to wig out but it didn't shut down. I'm not sure what i need to change.........
It seems that if i change the setting in the MCH Reference slot the comp wont boot. I'm running at 400x9.5=3.8,I guess I'll have to lower to see it will be stable in prime.I did prime and core 1 failed right away. How do I d/load the templets so I can show on the site?
    Thanks

I also have an E7200 here and I have trouble on my EP45 DS3L getting the FSB above 400 MHz, tried all kinds of voltages, RAM is definitely not an issue, nor is cooling. I'll try it on the UD3P tomorrow, but I think these chips jsut don't overclock as well as the E8x00 CPUs do.

                  Re: Need some help please

What ar the two sites you thought you saw me on?
                  Is it the picture?
                  or the sheet sandwhich?
the muncher is just a name i came up with since ive been on this site, most of the time my screen name is Barry.

The picture i found on the net and have had it beside my name for about a year
the sheet sandwhich was something my boss told me about 20yrs ago and ive had it in my sig for about a yr in the sites that wont say anything about it

Im going to try some of your settings, thanks for taking the time to figure it out.
                  Thanks

HAHA, It is the Avatar and the <------Hot azz part

Only, sorry I did not mean the sheet sandwich part

The sites I thought I knew you from are sites I would not mention here, and do not frequent anymore just because I got out of that kinda thing a while ago.

The ones I mentioned above AB/AW were both Album places. But really, I may have just noticed that at any number of other sites I used to frequent or mod/admin at. Places to get free things basically, ya know where people post stuff, and others download, and then share again and so on.

Nice to see your PC Is priming away!! I get them all out of my head, years of tweaking hard at work inside there

If you get errors let me know what Prime mode you was running, how long until it error'd and if you ran memtest86+ beforehand or not. Then of course post me the settings you used that failed and I will advise back
