                            Where to report my issues with cpu-z?

                            It used to work fine up to 1.61.3 on my rig, but then it went south.
                            This beta again does not detect the throttling of my i5-2500k that is running offset vcore oc with c1e and eist enabled, so clock moves in 16x-46x range and voltage moves from 0.88-1.365v
                            Cpu-z shows 46x all the time since the new w8 timer (tried all the beta's but up to 1.63.0, but since 1.61.3 it's not working anymore for me)
                            - Z68X-UD3H-B3(rev 1.3), bios F12
                            - I5-2500k [3148C059], cooled by scythe mugen2 rev.b with 1500rpm pwm-fan on cpufan header.

                                Ah, so the new timer used is also associated with the windows power plan... If I mess with processor power management/min proc state, it does start reacting. before I could just leave it high all the time and cpu-z (and any other cpu tool) would register the throttle. Don't know if I like this new behavior, but at least it's become clear to me now... tnx!
