ive noticed with eastune and windows xp that it causes ati 5000 series gpus to stick on the 3d clocks 860mhz core and 1200mhz ram,as soon as i close easytune i see that the clocks drop back to idle clocks which for me are 157mhz core and 300mhz ram,no issue's in windows 7 though, just in xp

tried with 10.6 ati drivers for xp and easytune still makes gpu clocks stick at full speed,soon as i close easytune the clocks drop back to idle clocks,perhaps gigabyte could look into this? thanks for posting the 10.6 driver links though

If is Win7,I beleive they will look in,but XP...
Anyway GBT update EasyTune every 3-4 weeks,let see.

yes win7 is and always has been fine its just xp,its no big deal i just thought id mention it incase anyone else has the problem,10.6 drivers in xp have reduced "Reduces blocking artifacts seen in low-bit rate video during playback (for users of Radeon HD 5000 series cards)
- Mosquito noise reduction" in videos and my tv card so atleast thats an improvement also has lessened coil whine from psu

-first attempt at a fix for the same problem on the Core i5-655 and Core i7-875 with their adjustable multipliers.

-adjusted TJMax=100C for the QX9770 based on real world testing and not on Intel's questionable TJ Target numbers.
