It's doesn't matter which board, as is for Intel 8/9/X99 series.....
Maybe your Update schedule is turn off in App Center preference.

Edit:
Go to.... Program Files (x86)/Gigabyte/App Center/...start "PreRun".....

Got it, thanks! The first time the file was corrupted, but restarting with "prerun" it must have got a fresh copy and successfully installed it.
