ga-ep45-ud3r memory issue

hello everyone i am new here but i been reading up on this motherboard for the past 3 hours i have 2 identical mother boards one that work with 8 gigs of g-skill 1066 pc8500 2gx4 sticks. Then there is the other one the dual channel dimm slots wont post with ram in them i have tried all advice on here is the motherboard defective or is there is a solution need to know for rma purposes


system specs on both pcs
q6600 oc to 3.0 on on one stock on broken one
8g gskill pc 8500
seagate 250g hard drive
evga 280gtx
thermaltake 750w PS

Several people on this forum and others have this issue, but we're still looking for a solution.

Especially my last post about the MCH Reference Voltage, I'd love for someone to try and see if that helps.

PS: I don't have a board with that issue (unfortunately?), just another GB P45 board with pretty much the same BIOS (but mine does not suffer from this issue).
