You can also try increasing CPU PLL to 1.65v maybe that helps.
As you've probably noticed, overclocking is a lot of trial and error and while I might be able to reach a certain overclock with all the baord voltages at stock you may not, and now I'm telling you to raise them one by one to find the one that is missing.
If the problem is the RAM then it's not in the primary timings, 4-4-4-15 at DDR2 800 is nothing special really. You can go to advanced timings though and increase static tRead to 9 or 10 for both channels and see if that helps.
