GA-EP35C-DS3R tweaking? (to Lsdmeasap)

(This is mostly intended for Lsdmeasap who graciously offered to give advice, but anyone is welcome of course.)

All right, I'm not sure how much of this is necessary, but this is what I have:

MB: Gigabyte GA-EP35C-DS3R P35, s775 (BIOS v. F3)
CPU: Q9450 CORE2 QUAD 2.66GHZ S775
CPU Cooler: Scythe Ninja Copper "Limited Edition"
RAM: Corsair TWIN3X2048-1333C9 G 2x1024MB (tot. 2048MB) DDR3 1333MHz 9-9-9-24
Graphics: Gigabyte Geforce 9600GT 512MB Heatpipe
HDD (Mirror RAID): 2 x Western Digital Caviar WD2500AAKS 250GB 16MB SATA2
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 550W ATX

(Plus a DVD+-RW and a good ole 1.44 diskdrive.)

Now, my question: I have just installed BIOS v. F3 and loaded the "optimized defaults". Is there anything else I should tweak in BIOS, or do the optimized defaults cover everything I need if I don't want to overclock or such?

Well you should put performance enahance on standard, set your ram voltage to the spec amount. As for the rest, auto should work... But it will for sure not be the best performance wise.
