Hi folks. Could sure use some help here. I'm in the process of building a new computer. Here's my setup:

    Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS4
    Intel Q6600
    Mushkin XP 2*2GB Dual Kit DDR2 1066Mhz
    Sapphire ATI HD4830

System is working fine but all parts are default, no-oc.
    And I want to...
Q6600 @3,2Ghz (is it dangerous with stock fan?)
Mushkin XP @1066Mhz&5.5.5.15 (if possible. running at 5.7.7.24 now)

What is the best bios settings for these specs? Any help is appreciated.

    And... Sory for my English.

That means just as I wrote it, all the advanced timings are ranges, start with the higher numbers and work your way down one at a time testing with Memtest86+ as you go >>>
              Memtest86+

              6/7-10 333/B MCH - 8/9-12 400/D MCH

^^ That means if you are using a Memory Multi with a B on it use 6-10, if you are using one with D on it use 8-12. Starting with the higher values of course. Do this setting first, before you start lowering your advanced timings
