GA-EX58-EXTREME Water Cooling

I am thinking about buying the GA-EX58-EXTREME. My question is if I am not going to start off overclocking it do I need to water cool it or will it run fine with just the screen cooling?

It will run fine just using the added cooler. The downside is it uses up a 4x and a 1x pci-e slot.

I would also recomend boycotting any gigabyte till they resolve the issues with resuming from S3 sleep and the issues with memory compatability.
