Need Help overclock my PC !!!

Hi ...

This is my first post and I need help about setting bios for :

- intel E7300 with stock HSF
- GA-EP45-UD3R
- Corsair XMS2 DHX 4GB ( 2x2 GB )
- OCZ 600W PSU

Now I just leave everything to stock setting and I'm thinking about overclock to 3.0 ghz or 3.3 ghz

Sorry for the late reply today.. Been kinda busy around the house and jumped in and out of the forum this afternoon.

Stock cooler, Hmm your temps may get too hot? Here would be optimal setting ranges for 3.0. and see how your load temps are, if good you can try for 3.3 You will need to of course bump your Termination and vcore.

Please link me to your exact ram so I can be sure of warrantied voltages
