Since you did not say what speed you are running anything... I dunno.
As for basic answers, you would just have to test/bench more and less skew to see what helps or hurts
No, memset is only used for testing settings "Live" Yes, there will be a few things in it that is not in your BIOS that you can change for a benchmark or testing, but do not use the Save button to try to load the settings at bootup as you may mess up your windows install. Just use apply, and be ready from crashes if you try something incorrectly
