You could have just wrote those in a template. But anyway....
You are using FAR too many Auto values with your overclock. I would set the ram to 1066Mhz 999-24 with trfc at 80-85 for now to rule that out and then get your CPU stable with manual voltages set (Vcore and Vtt + Pll)
Memtest passing (not sure how long you ran it) But anyway since it passed at least a few times but orthos/prime fails then you have CPU issues. I fro sure could imagine this to be so, Auto WAY overvolts things when you overclock and all that needs to be manually set since you are overclocking anyway.
So, it is not your ram that will not work, you are just not setting enough of things yourself, which you need to do to overclock
