    Does anyone have tips on improving boot time before the OS loads?

    Would be nice - my EP45 dq6 takes much longer to boot XP64 than my 6 year old HP Pentium 4 media center PATA drive boots XP32 - guess all the bells and whistles slow things down booting. Over clocking does make mine boot faster.

      Are you using AHCI? If so dont, or switch to RAID I guess is the only two things I know to make Pre-OS loading time any faster
