bios and cpuz show completely differnt things

I have the ep45-ds3r my bios says im running 365 fsb +9.5 divider, but in cpuz its says i have a 6+ divider, and my cpu is running at 2,200, what is going on here ?

I have looked in everest, and cpuz and they both show my processor running a 2000 mghz with a 6x 333 fsb, but in my bios im running 9.5 x 333 fsb for 3.16 ghz. My evererst scores are low, what is going on here ? did i damage my processor ? its a e8500.

That is because CPU energy save function,
Please disable C1E and EIST in BIOS.

i have f10 that is the latest bios yes ?

Ok thats fixed it, thanks, i dont know how that got reset. Your from gigabyte yes ? do you think i will be able to run 4x1gb memory sticks on this board of ddr 10400 thats 1300 ? will this board run 4 1gb sticks ?

The board will run 4x1 for sure, but that is not a DDR2 speed of ram you are mentioning so be sure you buy DDR2 ram

that is ddr 2 ram it is by xtreem team memory ddr-2 1040 runs at 1300, ohhh yes not 10400 sorry. 2GB Team DDR2-1300 PC2-10400 dual channel memory kit

That would work, but 4x1 may not work very stable at that high of a speed, but then again with those voltages allowed and loose timings it likely will. I would not run any ram above 2.1 without a fan DIRECTLY on it though, so keep that in mind
