Really a mess. You should then use Everest - a good tool you can trust.

Your M.I.T. screen is also so limited, not a single adjust in memory timing - did you try to press control-F1 on BIOS main page?
Yes I tray i have memory timings this is not the point ... PC Healt with OK + subvoltage is trouble.

Hmm very odd for sure, try +4-5 and see what you get in windows.

CPU Vcore will always be less because of Vdrop, and vdroop

            +3v = (Everest) 1.9 -1.94
            +4v = (Everest) 1.95-1.98
When start MemTest voltage back down to 1.9 and 1.95
Fanny Ok from bios don't matter is 1.8 or 2.2 everest 1.98 is OK
End I don't see DDR18v like you ... is only DDR OK

Well how it is worded does not matter so much as the value you get.

Can you RMA this board still?

Do you live in the US? If so I would call and make them cross-ship to you, so you can be sure you do not get the same board back. I have done this many times

Re: Ram Voltaj Some help pls

Actually for A-Data Extreme DDR2 1066MHz memory voltages range between 2.1V and 2.3V according to manufacturer site. A-DATA OC Offical Website.
So 2.3V is quite safe, beyond this value is the "red zone".
