      Hi
I ordered the 996580 black sticks 2x2 gb. Price was right straight from mushkin. WOW when I saw they were in Denver that really blew my mind. I'm from there and didn't know. Going to Denver next month to see my daughter and friends. You are a great help to people in this forum I've seen and appreciate it. I know other people appreciate it also. I'll let ya know when I get the memory so I can set it up.

Wow, you should have got them at newegg, while you were looking there! They were $99 plus $20 rebate, plus free shipping this past week, and still are. So you could have saved a little bit>>>
        Newegg.com - mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory

Yeap, Denver based! Many people do not know that who live their so it must be a small place? Let me know if you do look them up and go see

I appreciate the kind words for sure man!

Didn't see the rebate from newegg. After a couple of weeks working through bugs and having this thing lock up I'll just be happy to get this thing working and So will my son, he's been dying to play "call of duty". Ever since I built this box.

Ahh well in that case Saving $20 here or there is of no value, I hear ya!!

Mine will be here tomorrow, your's too?

You plan to go 64bit to be able to use it all? I am, getting ready to redo some partitions and setup 64 here in a bit myself

              Hi
Got the new memory in today and set the bios up for 4-4-4-12 2.0 volts.I set the bios up the same way you sent me just above on your last bios post on this page although it was for 2 gb of mem, anymore settings to change?. Having problems with browsers. Mine are shutting down on unexpected errors constantly. I've loaded Firefox twice to make sure no problems Any Ideas on what it could be? Gonna stay 32 bit for a while until I get the bugs straightened out. When I'm sure its stable I'm gonna go 64. Been fooling around with this thing all day and this muskin memory seems to run smoother. Just need help to clock the 2-2gb sticks.
