EP45 eSATA

Impressive.

A SATA HD of friend required reading. GA-EP45-DQ6 came with a bracket of two eSATA and one Molex, and corresponding external cables. I just connected both cables, powered up, and accessed the filesystem.

Some other vendors offer eSATA from the backplate of their board, but I doubt they provide power for temporary attachment of internal drive with same ease as Gigabyte.

Nice isn't it! Ya, kinda cheap of others to provide external plugs but no power source!

You can also plug Cathodes or anything else you want to run outside of your PC into there!
