Ya, I would drop it down one and if you like raise your FSB a little bit. You can overclock your ram, but doing it that far for 24/7 use may shorten it's life for sure. If you have a lifetime warranty on it, and do not care then you can use it till it dies and get new. Just be sure to not tell them you overclocked it not sure if OCZ allows overclocking
As low as you can have the voltage on ram and still pass memtest86+ is fine, and that is the better way to run it
The CPU Multi .5 use is up to you, and what you want to run your FSB at. It wont have any pos. or neg. affect on anything to have it on or off. Just helps you fine tune FSB if you want a certain freq is all
