  • Finding this info in my mobo?

    FSB:
    Multi:
    Strap or ratio:
    DRAM Clock:
    Vcore:
    PLL:
    FSB Term or VTT:
    NB:
    RAM volt:
    GTL 0/2:
    GTL 1/3:
    Load line calibration:

With the exception of FSB I'm a bit lost :D

Got a E8400 @ 3ghz and the mobo below. Wanna do some OC on it.

Sorry I tried to edit this, as it was messing up the pages. So your board listed was removed. Please add again without the coding

Re: Finding this info in my mobo?

It is in the BIOS, in the MIT section. Use Delete Key at boot to enter the BIOS

Some of those are not available in P35 BIOS. Those you will not find are >>>
    PLL:
    FSB Term or VTT:
    GTL 0/2:
    GTL 1/3:

But you should see all of these settings in the MIT section of the BIOS >>>

    Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [8] << CPU multi
    CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
    CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [450]
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
    C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [2.00] << Strap/ratio/ram multi
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

    Performance Enhance = [Standard]

    Dram Clock settings >>>>

    CAS Latency Time________________ ?
    Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ ?
    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______?
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ ?

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ ?
Rank Write to READ Delay________ ?
    Write to Precharge Delay_________ ?
    Refresh to ACT Delay______________ ?
    Read to Precharge Delay__________ ?
    Static tRead Value_______________ 1-31
    Static tRead Phase Adjust________ 1-31

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V] RAM Voltage
PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [+0.1V] Southbridge core
FSB OverVoltage Control___ [+0.1V] this is FSB Core
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.1V] << This is Northbridge Core
    Load line calibration________[Auto]
    CPU Voltage Control_______ [1.25] Vcore

Do you see all of that in the MIT section? If not you may need to update your BIOS or use the Control + F1 hotkey on the MAIN Page of the BIOS. The screen will flash quickly and then go into the MIT Section and all hidden settings will be shown

Or are you asking something else?

Please read thru the pinned memory and overclocking/BIOS tweaking Guides I have posted, they will help you get to know your BIOS better

If you need help please post back your full specs Like 2x1 or 2x2 ram, ram speed, brand and what settings you are trying to use that do not work

Re: Finding this info in my mobo?

Well what you see above is all you will see in your BIOS.

Do you need my help or suggestions for overclocking? Or were you just wondering about the settings? If you do want my help, please tell me a CPU Freq you would like to start with and I will give you some suggested settings
