    Re: EP45 and OCZ 667 problem ?

    Try >>>
    MCH Core…………….....1.100V...........: 1.2

I am not quite sure what you said exactly. Windows IE freezes right? Then is ok, or the whole system freezes or restarts?

IE 7 Is not good anyway, I would suggest Firefox or Opera. But I will try to help you with this, can you please explain it again differently or more in depth?

    Thanks

      Re: EP45 and OCZ 667 problem ?

      Thanks for your reply
the problem started everytime when I use IE7 for about 1/2 hour then the error pop up said " The windows encounter the problem need to shutdown, Do you need to contact Microsoft for support ? "
When I click "No", and click "error detail" the list tell me that IE7 can't access memory address at x 000.... and so on and a list go on with numerous IE7 Module names.
Then I clicked closed "Error windows" then everything back to normal just like computer just reboot by itself. This error happened exactly about 1/2 hour IE7 use !!? no more, no less and I don't what and why ?
I ruled out the Virus infected becaused i have "Kaspersky Internet suit 7"
I also tested 4 x OCZ DDR2 -667 numerous time with each single module with different slot and all 4 modules at a time with memtest 2.01 and results come with no error at all for almost 2 days
I tried to set as you suggested but errors still happened.

        Re: EP45 and OCZ 667 problem ?

Can you try a reinstall of IE 7 >>>

Also, please run any Spyware apps scanners you have, and also download and install/run this one and see if maybe you have some spyware >>>
        The home of Spybot-S&D!

And, can you please install and run this program and post me a screenshot of it so I can see what AUTO in the BIOS is actually giving you for ram timings. You may need to get them out of AUTO, it is generally not the best >>>

            Re: EP45 and OCZ 667 problem ?

Did you update the program first? If so then dont mind me, if not then please update it and run it again

IE 7 is not good, did you try a reinstall of IE 7? If not here, download it and reinstall it and see if that helps anything >>>
Download details: Windows Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP

To get a screenshot you will use the "Print Screen" (PrtScn) button it is above the Insert/delete buttons then open MS Paint and hit paste (Control + V) or in the file menu at the top, choose edit then paste

              memset 3.5 screenshot is attached.
yes, I did updated the spyware and I use both the spyware from your link and the spyware from Kaspersky with the result the same: no spyware detected !
I did reinstalled the ie7 three times before I posted this problem here and also the latest updates for IE7.

                Re: EP45 and OCZ 667 problem ?

I cannot read that image, please take it again, and this time save as a jpeg or PNG

But it looks like you need to raise Refresh to Act (Trfc) and Static tRead Level, but I am not sure what to suggest only that I would suggest more. Such as trfc 42-48, and Static tRead 7-10. But like I said I cannot view the image properly so the rest I would need to see.

                    Re: EP45 and OCZ 667 problem ?

                    Much better!

Ok, can you verify on your ram sticker if you need 1.8V or if it is more? It is not likely more, but It would be best to check. If there is no sticker check in CPU-z in the SPD tab and see if all tables shown list 1.8V, or if some are more >>>
                    CPUID

Here is a image showing where I mean if you are not familiar with CPU-z >>>>

OK, that looks all good you have above. I would try what I suggested though since you have four sticks in >>>

                    trfc ..... 42-48

And Static tRead Value ..... 7 or 8 (7 will likely be fine at those speeds)

Other then that, if the above does not help I do not know what to suggest as it is not a motherboard or ram issue.

But likely a system driver messed up or something along those lines. Do you have a backup drive? If so, I would backup what you need and do a clean install.

Or just use Firefox, it is much better.

Sorry I cannot help much with IE errors, I hate it and have not used it for years.

By the way, what is the EXACT error # like this >>> 0x00000000

If it goes by too fast for you to see, please open control panel, then system , then the advanced tab. Then at the bottom click Startup and Recovery, and in the new window UNCHECK Automatic restart in the system failure box. See image >>>

Then open your IE and cause a BSOD again so you can see the error so you can see the BSOD screen, you will have plenty of time to view it now as it will not reboot until you reboot the system

OK, that is 1.8V across the board. I just wanted to be sure

Ok, now please post that ram error 0x0000000 when you can make it happen so I can see the actual number and try to find the exact cause for you
