GA-EP45-DS3L with Corsair 2x4096 wont set mem speed right

Hello,
Just built a new system
DC 6600 No overclocking
EP45-DS3l at F8 Bios
2x4090-6400c4DHX Corsair memory rated at 4-4-4-12

The system works fine from top to bottom, no stability issues and I've already stressed it out a bit here and there. Processor works great and I ran memtest all night with no issues on any of the ram in dual channel mode. The problem comes when I try to finish setting the memory to stock speeds. The motherboard does the power up/down bit where it never posts and eventually it lets me in when it resets values on the memory.

I have already tried upping the MCH voltage to 1.2 and even 1.3 that does not work. The motherboard ignores the timing I put in (4-4-4-12) and defaults to 5-5-5-18 (cpu-z also reports this). And I have also tried these in combination with increasing the voltage up on the memory to the default amount of 2.10v.

Any help would be appreciated, I've been all over these posts here and on corsair's site and not finding anything out that has cured my problem.

Well 8GB is going to need some tweaking. Please post me the best you can remember settings you used that fail and I will see if I see any issues or where I can suggest better for you to try >>>>

Well you will not get CAS4 with 8GB, so that is likely part of the issue. You may get 4-4/5-5-12 though

I do also see you have mismatched settings for Static tRead Values this for sure will also cause issues

Please to eliminate both our possible confusions (As many post AUTO and Set settings differently) please post the template again with ONLY your settings you have manually set, and I will post back some suggested. If everything is in AUTO, please just post AUTO for that setting With the number on the left in Parentheses. Like so I guess would be easiest >>>

I do see you meant it just like that, but some I am not sure about.

Also, because AUTO is not always what you see on the left in your BIOS please download MemSet and post me a screenshot of that as well

trrd will need more then 3 likely, and trfc of 52 is likely not enough for 8GB either So I do see several issues, please post back with what I ask and I can better suggest.

You will need, which I know you tried, some MCH voltage. For 8GB you may need 1.4-1.5 (+.3-.4) and the ram of course set.

But to sum it all up I think overall use of AUTO on many things may be your main issue, it just wont work especially for 8GB

Just to clarify though, this is with 4gb total (2x2gb), not 8.
I'll repost the information for you soon and try what you wrote but it may be a day before I can get back to you.

Ahh! I guess I read your spec wrong then. 2x4090 looked like 8GB to me!

PLEASE post me a full template of the settings you are using that fail and I can get your some better settings
