But if you mean how to set floppy as first boot device you cannot. That is why I said it had to ALREADY have been set that way before you had this problem

Sounds like floppy is not a option for you and you will need to RMA the board

YA, it would not work for you since you did not already have your floppy installed and set as first boot device.
