Almost the same here but with more juice in VCore I achieved stable 4.00GHz.
Great CPU, 42C idle and 70C load (Prime 95 and ambient @ 25C) on air.
      1350MHz DDR3 Corsair @ 1.7v also rocks.
      GA-Z97-D3H Windows Pro 8.1
      i5-4690K + Corsair H90
      Sapphire Radeon R7 240
      16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Pro 2400MHz PC3 19200
      Corsair CX750M
Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500 GB

      Sharkoon VS-3V tower

That's excellent temperatures for that VID.

What rpm is the cpu fan running, what case and what is the room temp???

My temps are the same at 1.10v, 1100rpm, CM690 and room temp at about 26C or 78 to 80F. Going to 1.15v brings the cpu temp up about 3 to 4 degrees centigrade.

The cpu fan is running at 975rpm and is a 120. There is are 2 other 120's (case-out & psu-out) right next to it. The room temp is 75 all the time(florida). It is as quiet as a mouse. old antec case on its side with a blowhole (no fan) right over the cpu pulling air in

            Thanks.

I too live in Florida. My cpu fan is a 92mm. The three to five degrees in room temps do make a difference. My cpu ran cooler but my electric bills were much higher.

I should try reducing my room temp again as my central AC blower motor did have to be replaced about a week or so ago.
