GA-EX38-DS4: DPC SPikes

First of all sorry if my english is not very good, cause i'm spanish.

I have tremendous DPC Spikes since i bought this motherboard. I tried all posible things: Unplug pci sound card, disable integrated adapters, install xp, install vista, etc... but nothing changes. The last one i tried is update bios to latest official version (F3) but random spikes stills.

I'm desperate with this issue, and i need technical help, Thanks in advance.

I read this post before, but, will gigabyte release a tweaked bios for all affected models? At this moment there is only solution for p35 motherboards, but i think x38 chipsets are affected too.

This model (GA-EX38-DS4) is less sell, yet, and i suppose there are less reports than other models, but i wish that a bios that ends with this horrible issue it will be released soon.

Anyway I'd be grateful if someone discover something new and post it here.

I wish you luck, I know they are working on it but I dont know how close they are to finding a proper fix
