Setting boot drive on EX38-DS4??

I installed a big bad boy 8800GTX cooler, which happens to sit right on top of sata ports 0 and 1. So now every time I boot I have to hit F12 to choose the drive Im booting from.

This choice does not appear to be remembered on the next reboot.

Short of pulling the card out and doing some mods, is there any way to permanently set the boot drive, no matter what sata port it is on?

Yes, in the bios on the "Advanced BIOS Features" page at the very top you will see Hard disk Boot Priority. Go there and select the drive by actual Manufacturer model name and then save and apply. If you need some images or more help with this let me know
