  • EX-38 DS4 voltage problems

    Hello,

    I have a problem with my MB EX-38 ds4

The voltage of my MB is a little higher than the regular.
Ex, there is no option for memory at 1.8V, something like 1.834V.

Would you tell me why it like that?

I read lots of people threads, they do have the exactly 1.8V voltage

    Thanks again

No, it is never exact. Normally a little more or below.

As for 1.8 that is the lowest choice and if you need closer to that then 1.834 try auto and see if it is closer. But normally yes it will be a little above or below what you set it at, what are you using to see your ram voltages?

oh, thanks. It's not a matter. I was just confusing why those people can get the exact voltage. Wondering if my MB is not fully functional

        Re: EX-38 DS4 voltage problems

No, It is likely they are not getting EXACT Voltages either, or are using simply software that just may round it off. They are likely just Saying they are using 1.8 as a choice and not seeing what they are actually using or setting. There is also a fluctuation on most boards ddr voltage at idle/load as well, like Vdroop

Everest Ultimate will show you out to 4 decimal point, here is mine set at +0.3V = 2.1V>>>>
