Bios ID Check Error

I have a GA-P35-DS3r v2, that I'm upgrading from BIOS F9 to F11 and I get this error every time. I've checked the size and re-downloaded from a different mirror. I also tried F12 with the same error.

Can someone tell me what I should do to resolve this? Thanks a lot.

Oh, I'm using Q-Flash and the bios is on a USB flash drive, and tried both by pressing End at post, and F8 from within the bios. I upgraded from F6 to F9 a while back and had no problems. Thanks.

Are you sure you have the correct version for your rev. of board?

Yup, I had the p35-ds3, not the p35-ds3r version... Searching for the motherboard model is a little confusing on the web site. ;)

in your first post you say it is GA-P35-DS3r
and second post you say p35-ds3

so which one is right?

Right! Please make sure you choose the correct BIOS for the Board name, and the board revision. If you are unsure, please state your exact board name, and the rev number is in the bottom corner under the PCI slots if you are unsure of this
