  • SATA RAid 1 Problem

    Have P35C-dS3r, Rev 2
    2 80G Seagate SATA
    2 250G Seagate SATA
    XP SP2 plus updates
    4 G mem

Have tried several times to establish a RAID 1 with 2 80G drives and 2 250G drives.

Setup seems to be okay but I get into a reboot cycle. I am able to get out by deactivating RAID in BIOS.

Have searched for similiar problems in forums and have found none.

    Help, anyone?

    Hi bert,

Just a guess but is it anything to do with the boot sequence in bios? This board changed it a few times for me when I was trying to set up Raid0 with a seperate back up drive..just a thought.
