I advise 2.0-2.1 for your 2.2 rated ram
Yeah, I read this just now GA-P35C-DS3R Memory & OCing problems!!! - TweakTown Forums And am starting to understand how it all works. I had no idea that the voltages was automatically raised when I use Performance: turbo or extreme...so I'll just wait until I get my RAM back I got email form Crucial today that the RAM has arrived ,so in a couple of days i should have the new.

Your new ram should be 2.0V so it should be that in auto

If I have everything default, like performance: standard and timing set to auto and such right?

Ya, as the new Crucials are 2.0 with 800 and 1000 EPP Profiles, but it may default to 1.8 as well >>>

            Re: P35C-DS3R Memory Voltages?

            @ Blakkat,

I want to register that my GA-P35C-DS3R was only able to read EPP profiles voltage settings when adjusted to work with "Performance Enhance = [Extreme]" and "DDR2 Overvoltage Control = [Normal]"

When I use [Standart] or [Turbo] settings on "Performance Enhance" the DDR2 voltages are automaticaly configured by MOBO to:

            >>> 2.384v using anything above 1000Mhz on the "System Memory Multiplier (SPD)"

            >>> 1.984v using anything below 1000Mhz.

Nor of these two voltages (2.384v and 1.984v) could be found on any EPP or JEDEC's memory profiles that I'm using.

            JEDEC #1
            Frequency ........ [266 Mhz]
            CAS# Latency ... [4.0]
            RAS# to CAS# ... [4]
            RAS# Precharge . [4]
            tRAS ................ [12]
            tRC .................. [16]
            Command Rate ... [ ]
            Voltage ............. [1.8 V]

            JEDEC #2
            Frequency ........ [400 Mhz]
            CAS# Latency ... [5.0]
            RAS# to CAS# ... [5]
            RAS# Precharge . [5]
            tRAS ................ [18]
            tRC .................. [23]
            Command Rate ... [ ]
            Voltage ............. [1.8 V]

            EPP #1
            Frequency ........ [533 Mhz]
            CAS# Latency ... [5.0]
            RAS# to CAS# ... [5]
            RAS# Precharge . [4]
            tRAS ................ [12]
            tRC .................. [ ]
            Command Rate ... [2T]
            Voltage ............. [2.250 V]

I'm still doing some tests but I guessed would be useful giving you my tests results.

            Regards.

            Marco.

Hmm, I'm having a hard time to understand what you mean? sorry

              This works for me.

              Performance Profile: Extreme
              Voltages +2V =2.0-2.19V
              (G)MCH +2V
Crucial DDR2 BallistiX @1000MHz, can't go any higher then that at the moment but, LSD is trying to help me with that thue.

                Re: P35C-DS3R Memory Voltages?

                Hi Blackkat,

I meant mine GA-P35C-DS3R raises DDR2 voltage to 2.384v only if I set sticks to run above 1000Mhz. Anything lower then 1000mhz the DDR2 voltage is setted to 1.984 by BIOS.

So, not only "Performance Enhanced" changes voltages. Others settings will do it too. And, BIOS disregards "EPP's" and "JEDEC's" voltage / timing profiles

                Best regards.
