  • Possible corrupt BIOS on ASUS ZenBook UX310UA

I was going to copy some pictures from the computer to a USB drive and put the USB Drive in before starting the computer. When I started the computer a program came up and I thought that it had booted off my USB drive so pulled out the USB drive and turned the computer off. Now it won't start and just has a black screen. I remembered the words EZ Flash on the program and am wondering if the computer may have been automatically completing a BIOS Upgrade. When I checked the Windows updates before shutting down the last time I used it, there were some updated drivers or something from ASUS and it had to restart to install them. I have read about the Crashfree BIOS 3 that ASUS motherboards may have built in and have loaded a copy of the latest BIOS onto a USB Drive and tried to start the computer to see if Crashfree BIOS 3 would load the BIOS but all I get is a black screen. Cheers
