Hi, I have an Asus R510CA notebook that i was updating the BIOS on last night and for some reason it didnt flash correctly and now the machine wont boot. All it does is go into the BIOS when i power it up. Under boot menu there is no boot devices. I thought the drive crashed so I removed the drive and plugged it into another computer. I was able to see all my files so the drive is fine.
I noticed previous BIOS version was 208, new one is 300 which i got from asus support website.
IS there anything i can do to fix this?
Asus tech support said i would need to send it in.
I have read that some BIOS have a recovery option. Does this laptop have that?
Any help very much appreciated to get this working as its my business laptop and I need it up and running ASAP
