Hello all,
I have this random issue when starting the laptop(restarting or waking, doesn't matter):
Within a few seconds after powering or waking the computer, the internal fan(s) go into overdrive (i.e. become very loud on max revs), for a two seconds and then the computer crashes.
The above happens randomly at least 30% of times, but never twice in a row i.e. if it crashed, and i start it again, it will go into emergency boot selector or sometimes windows recovery menu.
The laptop is an Asus F8VA.
Would appreciate any suggestions where to look for the problem since google doesn't seem to have heard of a problem like above.
